TASTY LASAGNE 
2 lbs. hamburger, browned & drained
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lg. jar Ragu homestyle spaghetti sauce
Dash of garlic
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 whole lasagne noodles, cooked
4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine hamburger, seasoning, spaghetti sauce and garlic and simmer to combine flavors 1 to 3 hours. Combine ricotta cheese, onions and sour cream in a separate bowl, cover and refrigerate while simmering meat sauce. When ready to put lasagne together, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer lasagne in a 9"x13" pan as follows: On bottom of pan lay 4 noodles side by side and overlapped. Cover with 1/3 of meat sauce, spoon on 1/2 of ricotta cheese mixture, sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella, lay another 4 noodles overlapped, cover with 1/3 meat sauce, spoon on other half of cheese mixture, sprinkle 2 cups sharp cheddar, layer 4 more noodles overlapped, spread rest of meat sauce, top with 2 cups mozzarella. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. This makes a delicious, firm lasagne.
