CREAMY COOL CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) containers soft Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Peaches, strawberries or blueberries

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

Soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and milk, mixing until blended; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; chill until firm. Top with fruit.
