PUMPKIN SOUP 
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white dinner wine
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
6 whole allspice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Combine all ingredients except lemon slices. Blend well and simmer 20-25 minutes. Garnish each serving with lemon slice.
