PEANUT SOUP 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 (20 oz.) cans "Country Cooking Homestyle Vegetable Soup"
1 can chicken broth
1-2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 - 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter

Bring all ingredients to boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. May garnish with grated Cheddar cheese if desired.
