MELTING MOMENTS 
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. butter (no substitute)

Mix all together until very smooth. Form small amounts into logs about the size of your little finger and 2 inches long. Or form into small crescent shapes. Or make small balls; place on a flat plate that has been covered with finely chopped nuts and press with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar until the cookie is flattened. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Do not overbake, they should not get brown.

Makes about 24 cookies.
