PICKLE RELISH 
25 cucumbers
3 onions
2 red sweet peppers
2 green sweet peppers
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. mixed spices

Grind cucumbers through food chopper using coarse knife. Grind onions and peppers. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. Drain in morning. Wash with water and drain. Add vinegar, sugar and spices tied in a bag. Cook 1/2 hour. Seal. Good sized cucumbers may be used.
