QUICK PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 1/2 c. ginger snaps, crumbled 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Dash clove For crust, combine crumbled ginger snaps, confectioner's sugar and melted butter. For filling, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold in 1/2 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Freeze in shell. |
