HONEYED PARSNIPS 
1 1/2 lbs. parsnips
Boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey

Cover parsnips with boiling water, add salt, cook 20 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan. Add honey and heat until bubbly. Add cooked parsnips. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
