1 c. diced cooked ham (may use Spam)
1 c. diced cooked carrots
1/2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 c. very sm. white onions, cooked

Make medium thick cream sauce and mix with the above. Make pie crust, adding to the crust 1 cup grated cheese. Place mixture in casserole, cover with pie crust. Bake in moderate oven.
