CASSEROLE MEXICANNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. taco, chili or sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can kidney or red beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can pitted black olives (opt.)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
Grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in the seasoning mix, then the beans and the tomato sauce. Bring to boiling, stirring often. Pour meat mixture into 2 quart casserole. Drain olives and sprinkle over top of meat mixture. Arrange about 1/2 of the chips around the edge; then sprinkle cheese on chips. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve remainder of the chips in a basket with the casserole.
