VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 pkg. carrots 1 pkg. brussels sprouts 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 2 cans mushrooms 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Par boil vegetables and place in greased 9"x13" pan. Mix soup, milk, mushrooms and cheese together and pour over vegetables. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. |
