HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Saltine crackers
Butter

Put in a rectangular casserole dish the entire bag of hash browns. Mix the soup and sour cream and pour over the hash browns. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Crush crackers and cover hash browns. Pour melted butter over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
