GRILLED STEAK 
Take your time in choosing your meat. An expensive piece of meat is not necessarily a good piece of meat.

Rub lemon and garlic pepper on both sides of thawed meat. Refrigerate for 12 hours. When the coals are hot, place steaks on the grill and sear both sides. Do not hesitate to turn several times. The primary object is to seal in the natural juices. Eat immediately after the meat is removed from the grill. Precious flavor is lost when the meat is allowed to cool.
