TOMATO TOWERS 
3 lg. tomatoes
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cut tomatoes into 3/4" slices. Salt lightly. Set aside 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Combine remaining cheese, broccoli and onion. Spoon this mixture onto each tomato slice. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese bubbles.
