HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. of hamburger
5 med. size potatoes, (Irish)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 onion if desired

In a casserole dish, sprinkle hamburger on the bottom of the dish. Then put a layer of sliced potatoes. Add another layer of hamburger and then another layer of sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour can of mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
