SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, boiled & deveined
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. raw noodles, cooked
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
Mustard & mayonnaise (enough to mix all ingredients well)

Mash egg yolks. Add lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, olives, celery, peppers, onions and mix well. Add egg whites (chopped), shrimp and noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with garlic rounds or crackers.
