NO CHOLESTEROL POUND CAKE 
6 oz. skim milk
3 1/3 c. cake flour
2/3 c. self rising flour
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 sticks corn oil spread
8 oz. egg substitute
2 egg whites
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. orange extract

Sift and set aside flour and salt. Put butter in microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute. Mix butter and sugar. Blend well. Add egg substitute and egg white mixing well. Mix milk and extract. Add flour and milk in 1/4 ths, beginning with flour and ending with flour. Put in large tube pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched with finger. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes in pan. Turn out on rack and cool 30 minutes. Store in airtight container or plastic bag.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
