1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 (4 serving) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs (or egg substitute)

Blend all ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake in tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE (optional) :

Blend 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons milk or lemon juice and drizzle over warm cake.
