HOT POTATO PUFFS 
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Potato Buds Instant Puffs
2 eggs, beaten
Catsup

Heat water in pan, add milk, butter and salt to boiling. Remove from heat, stir in instant potatoes. Cool, stir in eggs. Use teaspoon to drop mixture on wax paper covered baking sheet. Chill 2 hours. Shape into balls. Heat oil in pan, put balls in pan until golden brown, drain. Use catsup for dip. Makes 25 to 30 puffs.
