AMBROSIA FRUIT DESSERT 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 lg. container Le Creme whipped topping
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Mix crushed pineapple with pistachio pudding. Add whipped topping. Fold in fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
