JANET'S SPRING SALAD 
1 bag frozen peas
2 hard cooked eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. crisp fried bacon
Ranch dressing to taste
1 onion, chopped
Sm. broccoli florets (optional)
Sm. cauliflower florets (optional)

Thaw peas. Add eggs, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, onion, and dressing. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. Better if taken out of refrigerator 15-30 minutes before serving.
