BANANA BREAD 
3 or 4 med. sized bananas (over-ripe)
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. salad oil

Blend above ingredients in large mixing bowl until smooth. Then add:

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. I use a 12 inch Bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bread bakes very evenly, and it's easy to serve. Option: 2 loaf pans.
