3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1 c. salted peanuts
4 c. Special K cereal
1 c. small marshmallows
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. thin pretzel sticks, broken

Melt sugar, corn syrup, and marshmallows in large saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until melted. Then stir in pretzels, peanuts, and cereal. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool.
