LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. of 1 step angel food cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
1 c. flaked coconut

Mix dry cake mix and lemon pie filling by hand. Stir in coconut. Pour onto lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost with a powdered sugar, lemon juice glaze, if desired. Cut into bars when cool.
