BRISQUET SUPREME 
12 oz. beer
12 oz. jar chili sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Cook brisket at 275 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours in a mixture of the first 4 ingredients. Pour off. Refrigerate and slice when cold.

Mix 1 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons liquid smoke.

Pour over sliced meat and wrap. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
