BITE SIZE PECAN PIES | |
3 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp. batter 2/3 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325°F. Use a miniature muffin pan. Mix together the cream cheese, stick butter and flour. Distribute evenly into bottom of each muffin shell. Place 1/2 the nuts over this mixture. Beat together the egg, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Place on top of nuts. Top each muffin with the remaining nuts. Bake at 325°F for about 18 to 20 minutes. |
