BEST EVER MEATLOAF 
1 can cream of mushroom soup or sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, minced
1/3 c. water
1 egg, beaten

In large bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, crumbs, onion and egg. In baking pan, firmly shape into 8x4 inch loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings.

In saucepan, heat remaining soup, water and reserved drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally. Spoon over meatloaf. Makes 8 servings.
