QUICHE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
3/4 c. diced turkey, chicken, shrimp, crabmeat or ham
1/4 c. Swiss cheese, cheese
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in the butter until tender. Set aside. Beat eggs until frothy, add sour cream and onion salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in meat and vegetable mixture. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean).
