SWEET AND SOUR BEEF 
2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. flour
Cooking oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion

Brown steak on all sides in small amount of oil, after you have dredged the steak in the flour. Combine and mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered about 45 minutes until tender.

Can be served over Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
