HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 can evaporated milk
4 (1 oz.) chocolate sqs.
1 stick butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. Cool slightly; add sugar and milk alternately. Bring to a boil. Cool five minutes. Add vanilla. Refrigerate.
