1 lb. Flounder butter 1 can crushed tomatoes Black pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. basil 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. parsley 1 to 3 cloves minced garlic Spaghetti Saute Flounder in butter until solid. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat 1/2 to 1 hour. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Serves 4. |
