CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. King crab (frozen or fresh)
1/2 lb. shrimp
1 stick butter
1/4 lb. saltine crackers
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 sm. eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. parsley flakes
Accent
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Prepare crab and shrimp; heat butter; add lemon juice, mix all ingredients and add butter and lemon juice last. Put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in medium 350 degree oven.
