RASPBERRY TORTE 
1 doz. lady fingers, split
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. whipped cream
1 (16 oz.) frozen raspberries
1 (6 oz.) raspberry gelatin

Place lady fingers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream cheese, add sugar and extracts and cream until fluffy. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture. Spread over lady fingers. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add berries. Chill until slightly congealed, spread over cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
