STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, diced
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/3 c. sweet vermouth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Romano cheese
1 clove diced garlic or powder
1 lb. mushrooms

Saute onion in butter, add Worcestershire sauce and wine. Mix with remaining ingredients and stuff mushrooms.
