1 can Spam, preferably aged Mayonnaise, high calorie 5 hot dog buns, halved, low calorie! Fresh chives, snipped Put Spam and chives in meat grinder or Cuisinart. Pulsate until finely ground; or grind on medium. Put in mixing bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to make a spread. Spread on halved hot dog buns. Boil until brown and crispy on edges, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with a healthy fruit salad! Makes 10. |
