TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Bring these ingredients to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt. Then beat in 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into ungreased 12 x 18 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING: Bring 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa, and 6 tablespoons milk to a boil. Add 1 pound confectioners sugar (4 1/2 cups), 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread on cake.
