MOM'S BAKED CHICKEN | |
1 whole cut up chicken fryer (or chicken breasts) BASTING SAUCE: 1 cup soy sauce 1 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter Preheat oven to 375°F. Put chicken pieces in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes. While chicken is baking for 15 minutes, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and butter in a pan. Heat on a low heat until butter is melted and sauce is hot (be careful when you go to taste, sauce is strong but mmm so good!) Start basting chicken every 10 minutes with sauce, cooking chicken for about an hour or till no longer pink (if you would like you can pour any remaining sauce on the chicken the last time you baste). Enjoy! Submitted by: Sally |
