PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and butter. Sift together dry ingredients and add to batter. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. (For thicker bars, use a 9 x 13 inch pan.) Cool in pan on wire rack. When cool, frost with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add cream and vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
