DIFFERENT LASAGNA | |
1 c. Pet milk 8 oz. cream cheese 1 (16 oz.) pkg. dumpling noodles 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce 2 lbs. ground chuck Brown ground chuck, drain well. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Dissolve cream cheese in Pet milk. Boil noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles. Add cream cheese mixture to noodles. Butter a 9x13 pan. Layer noodles, meat mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top layer should end with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top layer. Note: I make only 2 layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
