TURTLES 
1 (8 oz.) bag caramels
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

In double boiler melt caramels with milk. Add pecans. Drop on buttered cookie sheet with spoon. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip caramel drops in chocolate mixture. Place back on cookie sheet to set and cool. Makes about 3 dozen small turtles.
