OVEN RICE 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. rice
1 can beef bouillon or consomme soup
1 can French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (with juice)
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in skillet and add rice, salt and beef bouillon soup. Stir over low heat for 5 minutes. Add onion soup and mushrooms (will look watery). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
