PEA SALAD 
2 c. frozen peas
3-4 eggs, boiled & diced
7 oz. relish
1 good stalk celery, diced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 (4-6 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
Salad Dressing (see recipe below)

Cook or microwave peas for about 5 minutes. Cool, drain and put in bowl. Add eggs, relish, celery, cheese and mix together. Add your favorite potato or macaroni salad dressing or use dressing recipe below. Salt and pepper to taste.

SALAD DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. milk

Mix all the above ingredients together. Put on tossed salads, potato, macaroni or pea salads.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
