HOT CHEESED BISCUITS 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 (5 oz.) jar pimiento-cheese spread
1 pkg. refrigerated pan-ready biscuits

Start heating oven to 450 degrees. In 8-inch oven-proof plate, place butter and cheese spread; heat in oven until butter melts. Meanwhile, snip each biscuit into quarters. Stir melted cheese mixture just until blended. Cover biscuits with this mixture, placing them close together in biscuit pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned and done.

To Serve: Invert pan of biscuits onto serving plate. Let people break off biscuits as desired. Makes about 40 bite-size biscuits.
