BAKED SCROD 
1 lb. scrod (or any whitefish)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. dry white wine

Place fish in casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients except bread crumbs and pour over fish. Sprinkle lightly with crumbs. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes, or until fish flakes. Serves 2 or 3.
