PARMESAN SPINACH | |
8 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 1 c. Parmesan cheese 2/3 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. butter, melted Lemon twists (garnish) 1 c. Romano cheese 2/3 c. whipping cream 1/2 tsp. salt Squeeze spinach to remove all excess moisture. Place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with lemon twists. |
