CHINESE SALAD 
1 large bag cabbage or cole slaw
6 chopped green onions
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. chicken flavored top Ramen noodles
1/4 c. butter

Salad Dressing:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Crush top Ramen and brown in butter. Before browned, add seasoning package. Set aside to cool. After cooking, mix cabbage or cole slaw, onions and almonds. Refrigerate. Mix all salad dressing ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour salad dressing over salad mixture and stir until well covered.
