TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna
2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Cornflakes
1 stick butter
1 c. celery
1 1/2 cans milk

Mix tuna, rice, soup, and milk. Add the diced eggs and celery (salt and pepper to taste) and put in a casserole dish. Cover with cornflakes and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can also be done in microwave. Can also substitute cream of celery soup. For 2 people use 1/2 of recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
