EGG ROLLS 
c. shredded carrots
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. celery
2 tsp. butter
Chow mein vegetables
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

First melt butter and cook the carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, vegetables and celery in butter for 8 minutes. Then stir in cooked meat, soy sauce, garlic powder. Fill egg wrappers with 1/4 cup of above ingredients.

Beat egg whites and baste the egg wrappers after filling. Close like and envelope and deep fry.
