OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2-1 chicken breast per person
Canola oil
Flour or bread crumbs
Dash pepper
Paprika

Remove skin from chicken and brush each piece with canola oil. Dredge lightly in flour or bread crumbs. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes.
