APPLE HUSTLE COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 c. warm water (125 degrees)
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast. Stir in warm water, eggs and butter. Beat 2 minutes with mixer and then add remaining 1 cup flour. Spread evenly in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice apples to cover top of batter (overlapping some). Let raise until double. Melt some more butter and drizzle over apples and batter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and put on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
